Frozen beats flexible
An approved payout is a record, not a live formula. Change a consignor's terms next week and last month's statement stays exactly as it was sent.
About ConsignNest
ConsignNest is payout software for people who sell things that belong to someone else — cards, comics, kicks, collectibles, the weird stuff — and want every dollar to be obvious, frozen, and one tap away.
Why this exists
Consignment runs on trust, and trust breaks over money. The selling was never the hard part. This was:

What we believe
An approved payout is a record, not a live formula. Change a consignor's terms next week and last month's statement stays exactly as it was sent.
You already sell on eBay, Whatnot, Insta, and at shows. We're the back office — not another checkout you have to migrate your whole life into.
Condition notes, photos, and item-level history turn “I think we said 80/20” into a shared record you can both just... look at.
No cash drawer. No receipt printer. No 40-minute onboarding call. We do owner, item, sale, and payout well before we do anything else.
The anti-roadmap
Most tools grow by bolting on everything. We grow by saying no a lot. Here's our promise list — the features you'll never wake up to find cluttering your dashboard.
Because a nest is where you keep the things you're responsible for — safe, organized, and easy to check on without disturbing them. Every consigned item is someone else's egg. Our whole job is to help you hand it back, and the money that came with it, without a single cracked shell.
We're a small workshop building this in the open, one real seller's feedback at a time. If you take items on consignment and something here is missing, clunky, or just wrong — tell us. You set the roadmap.
